  Around 1pm, the waiting time was longer than I expected. My sick child appointment was 1pm. I went there 12:55pm. I finally met with a doctor at 1:33pm. She looked up my kid 5 minutes. Thay always expect me to follow up. Come on! The co-pay is NOT something that my budget allows. If you know what's going on with your child, try call them and ask for prescription or recommendation for store brand. Don't waist your money on co-pay.

  I researched several Pediatricians before having my son. I even went in to speak to providers prior to choosing this practice. What impressed me was this groups openness to questions. I met with the NP on my initial visit. She explained to me their policy on vaccination (every patient must be vaccinated against all airborne illnesses in order to protect all patients who would be in the waiting room able to be exposed). She also explained how the after hours phone system works. She answered all of my new mom questions thuroghly, gave me resources to follow up with, and did not rush me through (for an appointment they were not getting reimbursed for I appreciated that). Since the initial visit we have had several preventative visits. Dr. Crowell has been fantastic. He encourages questions and answers every one of them and ensures you understand before moving on. The staff is pleasant and I have received excellent responsiveness to phone calls with quick call backs. I'm so glad to have such great support. Also no toys in the waiting room which I LOVE.
